Can I pay by card/cheque?

 

Unfortunately AcitV Therapy are only able to accept cash.

What do I need to wear?

We advise that you wear loosely fitting clothing i.e. shorts and T-shirt. You may be asked to remove your top for the massage, at which time the Therapist will leave the room until you are laying on the bed underneath the towel provided.

What is involved in the appointment?

 

At the beginning on the appointment you will be asked to fill in a short medical questionnaire. Following this you will have a short discussion with the Therapist to gain an understanding of what you are looking for from the massage, as well as if you have any training targets. Following the massage the therapist will be able to give you advice regarding your injury, aches and pains or training, should you wish.
