Who will be treating me?

 

My name is Alex Walker and I am a Bsc Hons Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist who specialises in the Musculoskeletal system. I have previous experience in the NHS and private sector, and can provide Sports/Remedial Massage and advice.

 

What is sports massage and what can a Sports/Remedial massage do?

 

It is a form of massage which utilises specific techniques and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain.
